I grew up in Kutztown, PA the youngest of three boys. My parents divorced when I was six but within a few years moved only four houses away from each other. Both of my parents were gifted artists that never ended up sticking with it. At the age of 17 I moved out on my own to attend Wyomissing Area High School where I remained until I graduated. After graduation I attended Kutztown University for a few semesters until I dropped out. Unsure of what I wanted to do a took a year off working six months for my fathers antique and movie prop business and then six months selling home theatre equipment at Best Buy. I then continued my education at Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts, which is now the Art Institute of York. I quickly gained a reputation from teachers and fellow students for being the best designer in my class. After a run of bad luck I finally found a job in Williamsport, PA. I was hired by Greg Welteroth Holding, Inc. as a web designer. Greg Welteroth Holding is a parent company to an advertising and media buying agency that did not have a web division. So I was hired to work with two other employees on starting up our own web division, Digital Roots Design. After four months I've redesigned the main site for Greg Welteroth Holding, and named and designed the logo for Digital Roots Design. As of now I have designed around 10 web templates that will be resold to dealers. You can see them all at www.digitalrootsdesign.com.
